Unique Take On The Chat System

To keep things tidy, I am dividing certain features into their own posts. 

Presenting, the chat system:

There will be a "Distress Channel" where players will be able to send out worldwide messages requesting immediate help.  This chat will be monitored for irrelevant content, and reserved only for emergency situations.  It will exist in addition to the traditional MMORPG channels of: world chat, region, local, party, private, and guild.
